On May 12, 2025, I began my journey through Ghana. I have never encountered as much love and joy as I did in Ghana. When my husband Bob and our wonderful guide Ephious Davis arrived in Tamale to visit the Shea Butter villages, I knew I had found my place with Asheba Ayisha Shea Butter. We were warmly welcomed by the women, children, and Chief of the village. I experienc

ed the daily tasks of the women making Shea Butter. From separating the nuts, extracting the fruit (Shea Butter) from the nut, and removing the excess shells— the only part done by a machine— to melting down the Shea, stirring, and whipping it, I truly enjoyed being a part of the process. The women work long, hard hours to produce the product I use to create my whipped products for you.

Great time making Shea Butter in Ghana.
